Whats the point? We all need to realize how much energy we are using. By participating in Earth Hour we can get a little practice in using less energy.

Powershift and Snowball Fight
I went to Powershift down in DC. It was pretty epic. To put it simply, Powershift is a huge youth conference about saving the planet from our energy sucking tendencies. You should definitely check out the website to see what it is all about:

When I got back to Virginia Tech, the campus was covered in snow and a the traditional snowball fight between the corps and the civilians had begun. Pictures of that event can be found here:
